Blessings

I am thankful for the opportunities to connect in love with my child. These opportunities feed and nourish our relationship. God provides more than enough bread of life.

Good News

I teach my child to reach out to others through words of support and good deeds. Together we express God’s love to others. Our relationship is strengthened by his joy.



They went out and proclaimed the good news everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by the signs that accompanied it. ~Mark 16:20

Strength

When my journey with my child becomes tiresome I turn to God. I know I can rely on God for sport and guidance. He supplies all we need.


Be strong and courageous . . . for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

Our Father

I no longer feel like I am parenting my child alone. I am strengthened by my spiritual connection through others in Christ. I draw my child into the family of God.

Harmony

When fear and dysregulation disrupts with order and harmony, I affirm all is well. I clear my mind of all concerns. I remain steadfast, knowing that God is in control.

My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast. ~ Psalm 108:1

Joy

My joy is brief without the Lord. Only He can supply the joy that keeps my relationship with my child alive. Joy helps us overcome the fear in the world.

That the mirth of the wicked is brief, the joy of the godless last a moment. ~ Job 20:5
