I close the door on my past by believing in Christ. My negative fear based attitudes are released and don't contaminate my relationship with my child. We are strengthened by our faith and have a joyful spirit.

Light
As I breathe, relax, and become still, I am more aware of the Holy Spirit within me. My spirit shines bright as my fears and anxieties are cleared away. I can now light up my relationship with my child.
No one after lighting a lamp, puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lamp stand, and it gives light to all in the house. ~ Matthew 5:15
