Mercy

I respond to my child out of love and mercy when he reacts out of fear. I am empowered to do this by God who does not withhold his love and mercy from me. Praise His name.

Do not hold against us the sins of our fathers; may your mercy come quickly to meet us, for we are in desperate need. ~ Psalm 79:8

Healing

I take responsibility for my own healing, acknowledging that God is my source. During my quiet time my body, mind, spirit are renewed. As I breathe and relax my spiritual connection becomes stronger.

In all your ways acknowledge him.....it will be healing for your flesh and a refreshment for your body. Proverbs 3:6, 8

Peace

By putting love into action, peace follows. I may not see immediate results, but I trust in God for the outcome. God knows what is best for me and my child.

In a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace for those who make peace. ~ James 3:18
