Grace

I do not allow discouragement to contaminate my relationship with my child. God's grace provides forgiveness and freedom from anger and pain. God's grace refreshes me.

Everything is for your sake, so that grace....the increase and Thanksgiving, to the glory of God. ~ 2 Corinthians 4:15

Courage

Today I choose courage. I refuse to allow fear to interfere in my love relationship with my child. I focus on the spirit of God in my life and trust God in to all circumstances.

I have said this to you, so that in media may have peace. In the world you may have persecutions. But take courage; I have conquered the world! ~ John 16:33

Faith

By walking in faith with my child, our daily challenges become small. We refuse to let circumstances create fear and worry. Chaos dissolves into new order for our lives.

We walk by faith, not by sight. ~ 2 Corinthians 5:7

Love

Life brings hurt and disappointment into my relationship with my child. We trust in God's unfailing love for matters of the heart. Our heart's rejoice with God's love.

But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your celebration. ~Psalm 13:5

Grace

I involve my child in service to others. Our relationship is strengthened through our selfless getting. God blesses what we do in many ways.

Give liberally and be ungrudging when you do so, for on this account the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you undertake. ~Deuteronomy 15:10

God's Light

I no longer allow fear to cloud or darken my vision. God's guidance gives me clear thinking and purpose for the unexpected with my child. I am guided by His light, not driven by fear.

Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. ~Genesis 1:3

Regulation

My home is regulated. Our physical surroundings reflect our co-regulation with each other through the Holy Spirit. We give thanks and sing God's praises.

Happy are those who live in your house, ever singing your praises. ~ Psalm 84:4
